How We Work
We have been designing bespoke jewellery since 1995 and have have an extensive portfolio of rings and jewellery. Specialising in wedding rings, Lou Lou will make the perfect ring to suit you and your budget. When you meet with one of our designers they will be able to show you the options available with personalisation, metal widths, shapes, styles and precious stones.
When you make an appointment with Lou Lou it will be with a designer rather than a salesperson and we make it a point of principal not to employ any hard-sell techniques. A wedding ring will be one of the most important purchases of your life and Lou Lou want you to have the perfect ring.
Getting Together
We are happy to meet at our workshops, in your home or at your place of work. Lou Lou's designer will show you the types of metals available and display combinations of shapes and colours which offer unlimited options. We do not work to “stock items”, all of our jewellery is designed to suit your style and needs. By making mock-ups and getting your involvement in style and shape, our aim is to leave you with a vision of your perfect ring.
There is no obligation to buy and we will not bribe you with free gifts or “offer ends today” techniques. We simply charge for the width of metal chosen plus the cost of the diamonds and engraving. Our price list gives you a clear idea of how inexpensive our bespoke designed jewellery can be.
Lou Lou specialise in making wedding rings to fit to the shape of your engagement ring but never take your engagement ring away from you.
Ordering
When you place your order, we require a 50% deposit with the remainder payable on completion (both payable by cash, cheque or credit card). The process of order to completion usually takes about 4 weeks but we will always try to get things done sooner if it helps.
Delivery and guarantees
Once paid we will either deliver your ring personally or make sure it is despatched via fully insured and guaranteed delivery. All of our jewellery is guaranteed for life and we offer a free re-sizing, re-polishing and re-matting service to our customers. |
